Martin E. Coster, DVM, MS, DACVO
Dr. Coster was board-certified in ophthalmology in 2009, and joined the Ophthalmology service at Angell Animal Medical Center the same year.
Dr Coster received his veterinary degree in 2005 at Colorado State University and went on to perform a Small Animal Internship in Medicine and Surgery, and then an advanced training Residency in comparative veterinary ophthalmology at Purdue University.
Dr. Coster performs detailed examinations and provides advanced diagnostics, medical intervention, and surgery for a wide variety of ocular diseases. These include, but are not limited to, eyelid conformational abnormalities, corneal surface disease, dry eye, glaucoma, ocular inflammation, cataracts, lens instability, and retinal disease in all companion animal species. Our team-driven approach provides an unparalleled level of care and attention to our patients.
Dr. Coster's particular special interests include cataract surgery, feline herpes virus treatment, and exotic animal ophthalmology.
