Dr. Dugan founded Eye Specialists for Animals of Denver and Colorado Springs in 1993 and sold both offices to Southern Veterinary Partners, LLC on 12-14-2021. After completing his 3 year commitment to SVP, LLC, Dr. Dugan's final day at Eye Specialists for Animals was 3-23-2025.
