Dr. Eric Storey received his degree from Auburn University in 1999, completed an internship at The University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana before moving to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan to complete a Masters of Veterinary Science and a Residency in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2003. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmology and has been a member of the faculty at Louisiana State University from 2003 to 2016 where he was Ophthalmology Service Chief and an associate professor. He has a special clinical and research interests in retinal diseases, vitreoretinal surgery, and glaucoma.
He relocated to the SAVES Center in Fayetteville, GA from 2016-2019.
He currently sees patients at both the Southeast Animal Eye Specialists in Newnan, GA and the Animal Eye Clinic of Pensacola in Pensacola, FL. Both locations provide veterinary ophthalmology care including vitreoretinal surgeries.
