Biography:
Dr Knight pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, then completed a veterinary degree at Purdue University in 2011. She spent a year at Iowa State University completing a small animal rotating internship then returned to Purdue to complete her residency in comparative Ophthalmology in July 2015. Concurrent with her residency, Dr. Knight completed a Master’s of Science degree exploring the use of high frequency ultrasound for detection of uveal cysts in dogs. Since graduating Dr Knight has worked in private practice, first in Nashville, TN then in Wilmington, NC. Dr Knight is currently on faculty at NCSU. During her spare time, Dr. Knight enjoys visiting her family and traveling to unique places. She loves trying new foods or cuisine.
