Biography:
Dr. Cichocki is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. He received his B.S. from the University of Miami in 2006, and attended the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine where he received his DVM cum laude in 2010. He then continued his advanced training at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary medicine where he completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery, an ophthalmology internship and ophthalmology residency. Dr. Cichocki completed his residency and became a diplomate of the ACVO in 2015. He is the owner of Texas Veterinary Ophthalmology, located in the Fort Worth Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital.
