Biography:
After graduating from the Veterinary Faculty, University of Giessen in Germany in 2006, I moved to Switzerland to write my doctoral thesis at the Section for Ophthalmology of the Vetsuisse Faculty, University of Zurich. I received my doctoral diploma (Dr. med. vet) in 2007 and subsequently completed a small animal rotating internship at the Vetsuisse Faculty in Zurich. In 2009 I worked as an intern at the Section for Ophthalmology and to my great happiness I could start a residency program with Bernhard Spiess and Simon Pot in 2010. At present I am working in private practice and enjoying my live as a veterinary ophthalmologist.
