1973 Graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, Internships and Residencies at U.C. Davis, CVM 1973-1978. 1979-1983 Assistant Professor in Veterinary Medicine at University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine. Owner - Animal Ophthalmology Clinic, LTD in Dallas, TX 1978 to present. Consultant in Ophthalmic Toxicology. Twice served on ACVO Board of Regents; two-time Past President of the ACVO, twice served on ACVO/ABVO exam committee; Member, American Board of Veterinary Ophthalmology 2017-2021. ABVO Chair 2021.
