Born is Colombia, South America, graduated at the Universidad de Antioquia in 1983. Emigrated to USA in 1999. Completed the AVMA ECFVG in 2001, the Veterinary Ophthalmology Residency and MSc in Pathology at UGA in 2007. After working in San Francisco and the Boston metro area, I am now at The Veterinary Eye Center of New York City. Quite the trip from the Andean highlands to midtown Manhattan !
