Dr. Caroline Betbeze obtained her DVM from Mississippi State University in 2002 and completed a general rotating internship there from 2002-2003. She completed a residency in comparative ophthalmology and a master's degree from 2004-2006 at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine and was a clinical instructor at Purdue from 2006-2007. She received diplomate status in 2006. She practiced ophthalmology at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson (a private multi-specialty veterinary hospital) from 2007-2013 and then returned to Mississippi State University to start the ophthalmology program in 2013.
